Our third release of Vermentino, a grape in which we have heavily invested for its incredible potential to achieve high quality from our Mediterranean climate and limestone soils. This year’s version reminds me of a time when my best friend from Maui took us on the local tour of Hana; we stopped for lunch at a tiny shack constructed of plywood with a couple of woks inside.  The incredible green curry with its notes of coconut, lime, and Thai basil along with the sweet Maui air while it rained down on us under an umbrella was unforgettable.  This wine transports me right to that moment.
