This vintage of Ugni Blanc is a thrilling experience.  Always our most mineral and earth-driven white wine, this version is incredibly nervy, bracing, and stony.  This is a wine so grounded it can only be described in a moment; you are picnicking on the Central Coast as the waves crash on the cliffs, releasing their aromatic sea spray while you shuck fresh oysters with the best-salted butter baguette you can imagine.  C’est la vie!
