This is the first white wine made in Sandstone Jarre in Paso Robles, inspired by the iconic Vermentino of Clos St Magdaleine in Cassis, France. The vessel's shape forces the lees to remain suspended during the entire fermentation, bringing a more textural experience with incredible length and structure and Vermentino's hallmark zesty acidity. Fruit notes of ripe summer melons and pithy Meyer lemon are followed by an incredibly long and mineral finish that lingers forever.
