Our Picpoul Blanc comes from the stunning Glenrose Vineyard, a fruit source that has been a staple of our program since we started in 2010.  The Picpoul Blanc is grown on two parts of the property, the warm southern exposed summit, and the much cooler east-facing ridgeline.  The two exposures produce very different expressions of Picpoul and combine to make an incredibly complex wine with tropical aromatics,  lime zest, and a salty, mouthwatering sensation that gives this wine such distinction.

The 2022 Picpoul Blanc was picked on September 6th, at 22.3 brix, in the middle of the night to retain freshness.  The fruit was whole cluster pressed to a stainless steel tank and fermented with Champagne yeast.  After fermenting to dryness, the wine was racked to a stainless steel tank and aged for two months before being sterile filtered and bottled on January 9^th.
